Could you please login with your Work Email (Company AAD) which you use to authenticate into your company network. Since many customers work email address is different from sign-in (UPN).
- Please use In-Private browsing option using Edge Chromium /Chrome (incognito option). Please clear cache and cookies in the browser that you are using.
- Please make sure you have not enabled the block third party cookies. If it is enabled, kindly disable the same. PFB screenshot for your reference.

Try login to the LXP Portal (https://esi.microsoft.com/)

Login with your Work Email (Company AAD) which you use to authenticate into your company network. Since many customers work email address is different from sign-in (UPN).
1. Sign-in to LxP at https://esi.microsoft.com/
2. Click Certification exams
3. Select AZ-900 Exam detail page, Select schedule Exam
4. On Exam profile page, learner is already signed with MSA credentials
5. Learner clicks “save continue”
6. You would see Exam discount UI and please enter work credentials and click on verify account.
7. If you are non- AAD customer, please follow the below steps.
8. You would see Account Linking UI with work and personal email, learner click “Agree” Once you have linked the accounts, you would able to claim your company discount.
Once clicked “Claim,” you can click “Schedule exam” and navigate out to PearsonVue to schedule your free exam.
