TRAINING PROGRAM-1: JUNIPER TRAINING
Spectrum executed this program for 4 years for PSU . Training program spread across 6 Months covering Security & Telco training program for candidates. Program was mixed of classroom sessions followed by extensive hands on lab. Post the training candidates gets certified & gets job placement in various local companies.
TRAINING PROGRAM-2: MICROSOFT TRAINING
This program was covered multiple tracks: Administration Track & Developer tracks. Each track both male & female candidates were trained for 3 to 4 Months for different trainings on Microsoft product & technologies. The program also involved certification for candidates. The success of program was measured based on how many students gets the job after completing the training & certification (MCSE & MCSD )
