PROJECT BRIEF
As a part of Saudiazation drive Juniper Networks hired collage graduates from local universities, Spectrum was involved in training these engineers across different products of Juniper. The program was for 6 Months with an average every candidate attended 400+ Hours of training in this period & getting cerified from Basic to professional level of certification.
Highlights of the Program
- Spectrum delivered the program with 100 % success rate for candidates achieving Proffesional level certification.
- 100% Absorption rate: All the candidates were placed in different projects with most of them for STC.
- Spectrum got special award from Juniper Networks in 2016 for Excellence in Training.
- We ran this program for 3 years for Juniper Networks Saudi Arabia.
