The Challenge
A group of government entities in UAE faced the need to elevate staff competencies in modern workplace technologies, spanning O365, endpoint security, productivity suites, and collaboration tools. With a workforce of 450 candidates possessing entry-level system experience and skills, there was a pressing demand to provide comprehensive upskilling opportunities.
The Outcome
Over the course of 8 months, the program successfully trained 450 candidates across 45 batches. A total of 25 unique courses were delivered, each tailored to meet the specific requirements of Middle East government entities. By the program's conclusion, participants had acquired essential modern workplace skills, empowering them to leverage technology effectively in their roles within the government entities.
The Deliverables
To address this challenge, the initiative engaged over 50 Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCTs) and 30+ Dedicated MCTs. A flexible training approach was adopted, incorporating hybrid models that offered instructor-led classrooms alongside online or blended training options.
