Challenge
A major bank based in Saudi Arabia had a requirement to implement DLP (Data Loss Prevention) and labeling solutions for safeguarding the company's shared folders and files efficiently. Preventing unintentional or malicious leakage of sensitive data was the primary concern for the bank. Unauthorized sharing of confidential information, whether intentional or accidental, can lead to financial losses and reputational damage and this too had to be handled.
The Outcome
Through the training, the Cybersecurity team of the bank was able to implement DLP labeling solutions for managing their shared folders and files efficiently as per the bank's data security protocol. The theoretical lectures coupled with hands-on lab experiences and practical scenarios helped the team to expedite the implementation of the solution in less than two months.
Deliverables
Our consultants recommended the Microsoft Information Protection Administrator (SC-400) training program and trained the bank's Cybersecurity team. The 4-day training course was delivered by seamlessly navigating through theoretical concepts and practical applications with hands-on labs to help the team learn how to effectively manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and implement data labeling for enhanced security and compliance measures.
