About Course

The 3 days course will help participants in understanding personal management, understanding the fundamentals of stakeholder management. The course also helps them to plan stakeholders, in social network analysis and building on the foundation which is usually the improvement on personal effectiveness.

Another major understanding is on how to develop and improve negotiation skills for effective stakeholder management, participants will also learn in practically applying there stakeholder engagement knowledge and skills. They will also learn the art of positive political values and creating there stakeholder communication plan.
