Program Overview

The Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO) and Amazon Web Services (AWS) launched a cloud training programme to upskill, train and certify Abu Dhabi-based small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The programme will equip SMEs with in-demand cloud skills to help accelerate the digital transformation of their organisations. ADIO enables opportunities for innovative investors and businesses through a comprehensive range of tailored services and incentives that help them achieve sustainable success in Abu Dhabi. As part of its e-Empower programme, the Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development is supporting the initiative through outreach and engagement with SMBs in Abu Dhabi.

The AWS Discover Day is a free of charge onsite event that is designed to introduce AWS cloud computing concepts and foundational infrastructure services. The event is particularly relevant for customers who have recently signed up with AWS, or for those who simply want to grasp the basics of the AWS cloud platform.
